printing of 8 pictures on one page

When I get pictures printed through some store by an online order the lower
part of picture is cropped. as illustrated by following

b b b b b


c c c c c

these are 8 portrait photographs on one page, each square represnted by abba
and bccb representing one photo. when these are printed, lower part of the
picture is out of page on which pictures are printed( c's can't be seen in
printed page of 8 pictures.)

why is it so and how can it be fixed? thanks a lot for the help.
 
Looks to me like you need to contact the store. They may have specific
settings for you to use.
Picture size in pixels,DPI, HxW, etc.

Seems a bit funny that you send 8 photographs and get a printed sheet back
with the lower four clipped.
