Printing Odd before Even Pages?

Is it possible to have a print button that will print all the odd numbered
pages beginning ot print all the even numbered pages?

There is no built-in _Access functionality_ to do what you want. The printer
dialog for my printers allows you to select the pages, and, if I recall
correctly, "odd" or "even" is one of the choices. That dialog is dependent
on the printer driver for your printer -- it is manufacturer and model
dependent.
