Kevin,
I would use File-->Send to Word and print your notes from there. Make sure
that you check the box that says link files. When you get to Word, use
Edit-->Links to go in and break all the links. (Your file size will be
smaller this way.)
You can send the notes next to the slides. It will create a three column
table, with the notes in the third column. If you don't like the formatting,
you can use Word to adjust it.

I have a situation where I have a lot of notes typed under a slide (PPT
2002) so that when printed, the lower half of notes is missing -- it doesn't
continue on to a blank page.
Any solutions for making sure PowerPoint continues to print notes when they
run off the page rather than discarding the information?
