Hello,

today I encountered a strange phenomenon at one of our clients':

At only one of their many PCs (XP SP2, Office 2003, IE 6) they cannot print
from within Outlook or the Internet Explorer - not even the print menu (where
you can choose the printer, no. of copies, etc.) or the print preview
appears. However, printing is possible from within any other program.

If anyone has a suggestion for solving this problem, I'd greatly appreciate
hearing about it :-)

Thanks a lot in advance,

Tobias.

find and delete outprnt and see if it helps (C:\Documents and
Settings\username\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook)

Thank you very much for the quick reply, deleting outlprnt immediately solved
the problem!
Now printing is fine within Outlook, but the problems with IE remain.
Any suggestions on this topic?
Your help would be more than welcome!

Tobias
