I have XPHOME and a Canon i850 printer.

When I reinstalled XP I lost the 'wizard' that allowed me
to select a variety of ways to print a picture - from one
photo to 9 on a page.

How do I find and use that ability?

Thanks

That's the Photo Printing Wizard in Windows Picture and
Fax Viewer. Sounds like the upgrade lost this as your
default, but you can get it back!
You can go to Start>Help> and type in Picture and Fax
Viewer. If you want this to be the default helper app for
pictures, go to one of your pictures (in My Pictures, for
example) and right-click the thumbnail for a picture.
Choose Open With> and look for Picture and Fax Viewer. If
it doesn't appear as one of the first choices, click on
Choose Program near the bottom. Then look down the list
that comes up and look for Picture and Fax Viewer. Once
you find it, select it and Check the box for Make this my
Default... That should do it. Now if you do this for
a .jpeg it may or may not take for .gif, .tif, and .bmp
formats, just so you know. You may need to do this for one
of each. Good luck- JerryC
