To cut back on printing a document, I'm trying to print four pages of text on one page, any ideas?

Word 2000 and above have the option to print 4-up (see the "Pages per sheet"
setting in the Print dialog). If you have an earlier version, check to see
if your printer driver offers an n-up printing feature.

Thanks Suzanne for the info. We have word 2000 but it only offers 2 pages per sheet, since you mentioned up to 4 (which is what I want) can I change it to 4? If yes, how? Thanks again.

I skipped Word 2000 so can't speak with total authority, but Word 2003
(which I am currently using) offers up to 16 pages per sheet. This setting
is in the Print dialog. You may be looking at the setting in Page Setup,
which does offer only 2 pages per sheet. The Page Setup setting affects the
actual document layout; the Print setting is a temporary one that affects
only the current print job.
