Printing Multiple Calendar's

I have a number of meeting rooms that I print the schedule
off each morning, and then print of all the tasks. These
are stored on the exchange server.

What I'm wanting is to programatticaly open each folder,
print 2 copies of the currentday's task, or select the
date you wish to print, and the print all appointments on
that day, rather than having to go file > open > other
users folder > Calendar 1 > task 1,2,3,4,5,6,7 etc.

If the appointments can't be printed I'm not to fussed,
but is there an easier way to print the four calendar's
off at the press of a button, rather than doing the long
winded process?

Is someone able to help?

Have you tried posting this to one of the Outlook programming forums if you
want a programmatic method for doing this?
