My college professor decided to condemn all of us poor college students and asked us to print out his power point presentation slide show to have the notes handy for class tomorrow. Yet, the presentation is 55 slides long! Does anyone know how to (if at all possible!) scale these slides down and fit more than one on a piece of paper to print
Thank you all for your help ahead of time!

If I understand you correctly, you might try this (hopefully, it will get you started): If you go to Print>Print What (about 2/3 of the way down on the left)>choose Handouts>To the right of that, you can go to Handouts and choose the number of slides per page>Print. Hope this helps.

Caitelin,
On the print dialog box, near the bottom left hand corner, there is a
pulldown and above it appear the words "Print what:". Just change "slides"
to "handouts" and you'll see options appear to the right of this asking how
many slides per page etc.
cheers
Bill

It occurred to me that you might need his speaker notes. If that's the
case, you can use File/Send to Word. Choose 3/page with notes and then
print from Word.

While printing handouts will get you the slides at up to 6 or 9 per page, you
won't get the notes that normally appear on notes pages.

If that's a problem, try File, Send To Word and experiment with the various
options to give you something that works well for you.
