Hi,
Is there any way of automatically printing a report say twice when I print
an access database report. I always want two copies of a report printed, but
I don't want the user to have to remember to do this in the print dialog ?
Cheers
Tony

.
If you don't use the print preview option you could try
putting the line of code used to print the report in twice
in a row.

Hi Alan,
Thank for the reply.
I print at the moment using a cmd button on a switchboard which opens the
report, and then the user has to select two copies in the print dialog. This
isn't very good. I could create a macro that runs twice, to print the report
but when the report is printed, it updates the database so that I can log it
has been printed, so I guess this will happen twice and on the 2nd run
through it will not print anything because it has printed already. Is it
possible to write a simple piece of vba behind a button that can run the
print, and set the no of copies during that code ?
Regards
Tony
