Printing monthly Calendars

I currently have MS Outlook 2007. In my older versions, when I would print
monthly calendars, I would get just one calendar month per page. Now, for
some reason, sometimes it prints just one month and sometimes it prints the
last week from the previous month and/or the first week of the next month on
the same sheet. Is there a way to print just the 1st through the 30th or
31st on each sheet?

There is/was a bug where each month would print with 6 weeks if you started
the print in a long month (like Nov.) Try starting in a shorter month or
print one month at a time, or use the calendar printing assistant. FWIW, a
fix is on the SP2 list - but I don't know when SP2 is due out.

See http://www.slipstick.com/calendar/6weekcal.htm for more info and links
to calendar printing tools.

I was unable to start new thread, but this seems to be an Outlook printing
problem. Seems in XP when I print a Senior Pocket Daytimer format for a
year's worth of weekly calendars, it no longer shows an entire week when book
(after binding) lays open flat with Monday-Wednesday on left side and
Thursday-Sunday on right side. Instead it insists on printing the M-W on one
side and the T-S on the backside of the SAME page. Therefore don't get an
entire week's view when daytimer book is open flat, but have to flip page to
see 2nd half of week. This worked fine for years, seemed automatic. Now no
amount of box checking or tweaking that I can figure will allow me to get the
one-week view when daytimer is open flat. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks...

Windows XP or Outlook XP?

did it just stop working or did you upgrade to a new version and it broke? There have been issues in the past with duplex printing not working correctly and it's possible they broke it.

I was running a version of Outlook under Windows 2000 on my work computer.
Then I was given another desktop with XP on it and with the Office suite
including Outlook. This Outlook under XP does not seem to be doing the duplex
printing correctly.

Is it the same version of Outlook as before? What version are you using now? See help, about if unsure.

I have run into two issues printing from Outlook 2007.
First, I cannot print directly from Outlook. I cannot preview either. When I
click the "OK" or the "print preview" button, the dialog disappears. No
printer output, no screen output. I have not seen this problem on other
computers, but I don't have many at my disposal. I'll be running this issue
past our Offe 2007 testing team leader.

The other issue may be a feature, bug, or combination. When I use the
Calendar Printing assistant in Outlook, printing in Monthly view, I only get
three appointments per day. Interestingly enough, the Assistant prints a
second page, showing the next three per day. This is a shared calendar,
hosted on a Exchange 2007 server. I have other users with the same issue, so
it is reproducible and consistent. Do you know of a workaround or fix? I'm
running O2k7, with all the latest patches. Let me know.
Thanks!

on the first, have you used office diagnostics?

on the second, there is a limit to the number of items in a cell but I've
always had more than 3. While layout are you using? Are you printing in
landscape or portrait?
