Printing Monthly Calendar - Outlook 2003

I used to use a Word template for importing my Outlook calendar in order to
print all appointments on each day in monthly view. This template does not
function with 2003.

I have looked at the tools at slipstick.com, but the only "solution" I can
find there is a link to download the template for '97 and 2000.

Any suggestions? Thanks.
