When I print the monthly calendar in the top right calendar - two months show
- one the present one and the other the next month. One should be the
previous month and the other the next month. What settings are wrong?

No settings are wrong -- that's the default behavior and unfortunately it
can't be changed within Outlook's built-in print styles.

You might want to take a look at some free Word templates that use your
Outlook calendar data to create a calendar in Word, which you can then
customize to your liking. I personally use My Outlook Calendar and am very
pleased with it...and it prints the previous and next month "thumbnail"
calendars. Links to these templates can be found here:

I have downloaded the suggested Macro in to MS Word and it produced a
calendar format for the current month, but I don't know how to extract the
actual Calendar data from Outlook into Word or apply the Macro to it. What
do I need to do?
Thanks

Which macro or program, exactly, did you download? Did the file you
downloaded come with instructions or a readme file?
