A number of users in the corporate network are having
their e-mail print Landscape when it should be portrait.
Without changing any settings, for the most part if they
send the print job again, it comes out in portrait. Due
to the seemingly random nature of the problem we have been
unable to track it down, or reproduce it reliably.
Outlook is 2000
O/S is 2000 pro
server is exchange 5.5
printers vary.. HP, Lexmark primarily
Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Sean
