Printing Labels for Mailing

i am using access 2000......i am trying to make a label
not for mailing but as means of getting information onto
a sheet of paper for a quilt show....problem is that in
the label wizard not all the data fields are listed (a
description field).....how do i get this added to the
list???????

If a table is the report's record source, open the report in design
view.
Click on the Field List tool button.
Drag the Description field onto the label.

If a query is the report's record source, add the Description field to
the query first.
