When I try to print labels and envelopes in outlook the zip code does not

You are not creating your merge correctly.
Since we don't know what you are doing, how can we tell what you are doing
wrong without reading your mind?

Sorry if I was not clear enough. I am following the directions I got from
this sight.
I click on the contact - go to mail merge on the tools menu select Mail merge
in the mail merge contacts select only selected contacts
Under fields to merge click all contacts fiields
under documnet file click new document
under merge options click envelopes
under merge options click new documnet
The program goes to WORD and
I select the envelope size and printer setup
when I click the middle of the envelope and insert address block the zip
code is not encluded with the adress.
I must have the original set up of the contact wrong. I am following all of
the directions but must have missed something....................

If I were you I'd parse the address elements separately as merge fields
rather than using the "Address Block." That's the only way to get exactly
the information you want in the Address.
