Printing in Windows Mail

I have been using Windows Vista for a year now. For the first 6 months,
Windows Mail worked just fine but now when I try to print messages, it locks
up and none of the buttons work. The only way I can get it to respond again
is by using the Task Manager to shut it down and then restart it. And even
then it sometimes will not work.
 
Besides not printing in Windows Mail, I can no longer print in IE or Yahoo
mail when using IE.
 
I have the same problem, Windows mail and Internet Explorer 7 (Vista) both
hang when given a print command. Task manager can stop the process or
reboot. No other options.

HP Printer driver for Vista downloaded and uninstall/reinstall. Same
result. Prints fine from Word 2000 or Excel or MSWorks or other apps. Just
not IE or Windows Mail.

Any suggestions
 
Get the updated version of HP Director from HP. It's a known issue with HP
Director.
