Printing in Spanish

Can anyone tell me how I can insert Spanish text (with diacritical marks) in
a printed document?

A printed document? Documents are not Access objects. Are you using
Microsoft access?

Are you trying to put this text in a memo field? In a label?

As far as I know, if you can use Spanish say in Word and see them correctly
displayed on your screen, then you should be able to use Spanish in Access
as well. If you can't then first install the Spanish Language IME first then
try with multi-lingual fonts i.e. Arial, Times,...
