When I print emails, there is no attachment listed. This applies to both incoming and outgoing mail, even when I know there is an attachment. For recording and filing, I like to keep a front page only but its a pain having to write in "attachment". Is there a way of solving this or do I still have to rely on pens? Thanks in advance

The attachment icon is only printed for Plain Text and Rich Text messages.
For HTML messages you'll need an add in;

or a bit more advanced;

If you decide to order use "BH93RF24" to get a discount
