printing in black and white

I am trying to print a pamplet that was typed in color
and I want it to print in just balck. Is there any way my
printer can be told to print in just black ink. Any help
on this matter will be most help full

At least three ways:

1) Change or delete the colour codes in the original
document (and save it under a new name, say "name-B") in
case you want to print it in colour later.

2) Or go into printer settings, and choose "black only" as
the only output (not all printer drivers permit this
choice.)

3) Or print the thing as is, and make photocopies.

Note: any colour pictures in the original will print or
photocopy more or less badly in black-and-white unless you
convert each one to grey scale first. That can be quite
tedious.
