printing: images are distorted..

hello... copy/paste tables from excel to ppt as an image (bitmap,etc) appear
clear in print preview but are distorted when printed... (to any printer...
HP jaserjet or colorjet)... any feedback/advice?

the text within the table (pasted as an image) is un-readable

Try cutting/copying the table and using Paste Special to paste the Excel
table as a PNG.

Also, try turning off background printing in PPT. Where that is depends on
which version of PPT you're using.
