Although I found several references to my problem, I have not found any
suggestion to rectify this printing problem. My problem is printing in IE6
and Outlook (not express). Neither the toolbar buttons, nor the menu command
work. Even my Print Preview option in the Explorer Browser FILE drop-down
list has disappeared. When I click PRINT in Explorer nothing happens.

If I try to save it, I receive a message informing me that it might not save
properly. Although, I press the OK button, the message then becomes a
permanent fixture requiring me to go to the TASK MANAGER to end that task. I
have no problems printing WORD, EXCEL, etc documents.

I'm running Win 2K SP5, IE6 SP1 and Office 2K, anti virus, anti span and
Windows Update are all upto date. Lastly (obviously), I have not changed the
system config, nor added programs over the period the problem first occured.

Does anyone out there have a solution? Thanks and much appreciative.

I have the same problem.

I am running XP sp2, IE 6 sp2.

If you find a solution let me know. Thanks

Try this:
Check InternetExplorer " Help-About " for version info. If the version
Info is missing (blank), then you need to reinstall the Windows
Scripting Host. Easiest way is to go to Microsoft.com and search for
WSH
V5.6 will be the first choice (I hope it stays the same). I had this
problem from installation of Symantec Antivirus 10.0 on a PC that did
not have the Norton AV 2003 removed, and man was it hard to find any
help! Symantec was the source of the solution, for the record.
Good luck, hope this fixes it!
Steve
