Printing Highlights

Don't know what changed but when I highlight a portion of a webpage and then
select print, print selection. The printer will not print. This only
happens in Internet Explorer. I can highlight and print portions from any
other folders on my computer. IE6 will not print highlighted portions.

This just seemed to have happened recently because I was able to print
portions up to about a week ago. I must have changed a setting or something
but I can't figure which.
Help would be appreciated. I am running windows XP Pro, and IE6 updates are
current.
 
Are you saying that when you select text with your mouse first, then click
the print icon, that the Print Selection option is grayed out?
