printing headings on every sheet

I have created a spreadsheet thats 8 pages long and have merged cells 1A to 1D for a heading and then have sibheadings in each column. I would like them to print on each page how do i do this? please help send answers to the e-mail address provided. cheers

Files.PageSetUp.Sheet - enter $1:$2 into field 'Rows to repeat at top'

Put the headings on Row 1, and then in the File>Page Setup>Sheet put $1:$1
in Rows to Repeat at top box.
