When I file > print from MS Word 97 it looks as if it prints but the printer icon at bottom right of screen stays there until i click on it. When I do it says spooling and then disappears without printing. NO message appears on printer ( lexmark E352dn)
If I print via printer icon on toolbar it prints ok as does via print preview.
All other applications print ok too.
here is the steps I have taken so far
Uninstalled all printer drivers then reinstalled.
Reinstalled Office
Recreated normal.dot in word
Deleted MS Imaging printers
It's driving me nuts
