how can i make a web page created by frontpage 2003 print just like its
viewed on a web browser. May a printer friendly version be created without
creating a second page. Thanks all for the help

That is an individual browser setting.
Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options > Advanced. Print background colors and images.

What you need to do is read up on CSS. CSS allows you to link style
sheets for formating your page, rather than creating the formating on
the page. You can create different style sheets for different dispay
devices. In your case you would create two, one defining the page
viewed on the computer and one defining the page as printed. For an
example of how this works you can see my web page.
