Printing from Sent Items

I have a client the automatically generates an e-mail response to their clients upon receipt. This includes a .wav file. The e-mail reply is working. Part of her duties is to print out the sent item as a physical receipt for their records. Whenever she goes to print one of these sent items, the printer does nothing and the box in Outlook says its loading. It has worked before. Nothing was installed recently. I thought removing the sound file may correct the problem, but this is not an option for the client in question. Besides, it worked before. Any ideas

Why does the client NEED to print the email? Electronic documents are
perfectly valid legal documents.

I don't know why they do what they do. I assume my client prints them because her boss wants her to. I'm just looking for a solution to get the printing going again. I tried a system restore to last Friday, but the problem remains. Perhaps I should get them to call their ISP

I assume you Looked at print preview and page setup to be sure nothing is
out of kilter in the settings? this only happens with pregenerated rplies
or with all sent mail? can you generate an email like it & print before it
is sent?

just some thoughts...

Thanks for the replies. The user informed me it is not on the auto-reply feature. She has the Word page to forward whenever she receives e-mail from a client. She forwards the reply page and then prints a copy of the reply page to have a physical record of time and date the reply was sent. The e-mail portion works fine, but the printing portion says its loading, but never gets to the printer queue

so then.. let me see if i got this right.

there is an email message with a word attachment sitting there in one of her
folders. a client emails her, then she hits reply, and inserts the
ready-made message in its place. then goes to the sent items folder and
tries to print the "sent" reply?
can she still print the original piece of email, the word .doc alone?
sounds like something may have gotten corrupted with all that shuffling
around if i understand you correctly. she may want to open the word doc and
resave as another doc/ then reinsert into email. I'm really just throwing
ideas out here bcaus it seems a complex set of actions are taking place.
