I am designing a data entry and report system and have run into a glitch. I
have a button set up on the switchboard that opens a report preview,
triggering a parameter query. That runs fine. Once in the preview, though,
the only way to print is to use the toolbar (and I don't want the toolbars
available to users), or to hit Ctrl-P. The latter would be okay, if there
was some way I could let the user know to do this! I've tried creating a
button, that doesn't work in preview. I tried inserting a picture with test
that said to select Ctrl-P to print, but can't figure out how to make it
visible, but not to print in the report.
I hope that someone can help me, I am almost ready to present this project!!
Thanks,
Linda
