I just recently installed powerpoint 2003 and I've found that it only shows
up in full screen format with no menu/tool bar. When I right click on the
mouse, I'm only given a small menu with a print option. I can only seem to
get it to print from it's full screen image. How do I convert it to several
smaller versions of the slide that I can put on the one page of print?

Assuming you have full PowerPoint and not the 2003 Viewer, it sounds like
you're doubleclicking a PowerPoint slide show (.PPS) file to launch PowerPoint.

Instead, start PowerPoint (Start, Programs, Yada, Dada, Etceterata) then use
File, Open and browse to your PPS/PPT file to open it.
