New HP laserjet 1020

From a webpage article, when there is no option to 'print this page', or a
downloadable pdf, how do
you fit the web page to a standard letter size sheet? I've tried selecting
the
option "scale to fit" but the the pages are always cut off on the right
side. I've tried reducing to 75% but that just makes the page smaller (75%)
but still has the right side missing. The missing portion also is missing in
Print Preview.
There are no other problems with the printer in other apps.
Here is an example of an article I'm trying to print
http://www.rawworkflow.com/making_pictures/index.html -in the first line for
example, the word 'landscape' would be missing.
I dont want to have to go to Landscape orientation if there's another fix
thanks

Open IE > File > Page Setup > Make the margins bigger
Install the software with the HP... Every HP I've owned had the option to
"Fit to Page" as an option available when printing.

The margins are at 7.5 mm by default and making the page fractionally bigger
doesnt accomplish the task. I have the HP software installed and you can
either 'scale to fit' or select a percentage value - neither fit the
contents of the web page to the letter size sheet
