Have developed a form, but when printed, only the Page
header is printed. Any answers are welcome.

Hi Dallas,

My name is Dennis Schmidt. Thank you for using the Microsoft Newsgroups.

Look to see if you have a large amount of space in your page footer when it
is open in design view. Shrink up the page footer design area and I think
you will see the detail section show when you print it.

I hope this helps! If you have additional questions on this topic, please
reply to this posting.

Hi Dallas,

Are you saying that when you open the form in design view, you do not have
a Page Header or Page Footer Bar? How about a Form Header or Footer?

I've seen this problem before when there is design space below the detail
section (even if there are no controls). Access makes room for anything
below the detail section first and if it is too big, does not display info
from the detail section.

I hope this helps! If you have additional questions on this topic, please
reply to this posting.
