Hello:

What steps do I take to make my form to print onto one page? No matter what
I seem to do or how narrow I create my forms, they seem to spill over onto a
next page. (Oh, this might matter or not, but I already tried using portrait
and landscape settings and there's still some sort of spill over).

Many Thanks.

You don't print FORMS you print REPORTS.

Wile there is an option to print a form, that is not waht they are designed
for.

Build a report and print it.

I did that, but my Project Manager wants to see it Form form ('scuse the pun).

Does not matter. Tell him forms are not for printing; they are ser
interfaces. You can make your report LOOK EXACTLY like the form if you
want. (You can even open your fomr and "save as" a report to get you
started).

You can also add a button to the form to print the report. If he wants to
print it FROM THE FORM.

Ask WHAT he wants, not HOW he wants you to accomplish it. He is not the
developer, you are.

Rick B, (or anyone else that can answer) i'm interested in creating a that
button that is able to print the report from the FORM. What VBA code do i
need?
