I have created an extensive form for a medical records
database for a mission trip. The form has tabs for
different sections, like physical exam, operative noted
etc. I would like to print a blank copy of the form and
each tab. WHen I try to do this, the print preview and
the subsequent printed sheet does not comtain a blank
form, it appears only to print the header.

I tried to may a report sheet to look like the blank form,
but I am told there are too many fields.

Is there an eay answer.

Put data in one of the fields on the header, for example,
maybe place "Test Patient" or some such text in the Name
field...just so that there is at least some piece of data
on the form. Then try the print preview. The form with
the tab should display, at least it does when I try this
with mine. I still needed to do at a separate print for
each tab. Hope this helps. Lori
