I have set up a form with three tab controls that allow input of information
to the same record in different areas. [ I used this instead of page breaks
...is that good or bad.??. looks and works good on the screen ]

I am trying to print from this form.

I have the form set up where it remains on the same record and does not jump
to the next record unless you want to to there

When I select a record, I want to print out all three pages at the same time.
I can set up a Command Button to print the record, but it only prints the
first tab page.

How do I set this to print all three?

Thanks.. I am brand new to Access.. and currently aging rapidly as I try to
figure out what to do.

You need to design a Report for printing. Forms are meant for interactive /
on-screen viewing / editing.

You can get Access to start the design of the Report for you by right-click
on the Form name in the Forms tab of the Database Containers window and
select Save As ... and select Report in "As" ComboBox.

Thanks... will start down that road

I am having the same exact problem. Even switching to Report mode doesn't
help. Multiple tabbed pages won't print with the same print command. It
must be more complicated than this.

Has anyone run into this situation and found a solution?
