Hi

I have a nice form I want to print -
I have set it to a A4 -landscape printing
This form is part of a front end which every laptop in the network uses
While I have set the printing as I like it it only works when I am close access, open it again or copy the front end itno another laptop all setting are gone.!

Can some one tell me how to hardocde the printing setting on to the form

Realistically, forms aren't intended for printing: reports are. Can you
recreate your desired output as a report?

Is there a way of converting a Form to report automatically
Will the report keep it settings after leaving access
I have lot of sunbforms that pull out information etc so converting this to a report would be nightmare but if this is the only way round it.............

I'm not aware of an automated conversion, but you may be able simply to copy
the fields from the form to the report. You'd have to do this for each
subform/subreport, though.
