I'm having a problem printing a form in Access. It is a
form that we are using to input information into a company
database, but we need to print out a copy as well to be
sent to our vendors. When there is no record source I can
do a print preview, view the form fine, and print it.
However, when I define the record source with the table
that we have created I get a blank page in print preview
and I also get a blank page if I try to print. I've tried
making the form smaller, rearranging it, changing the page
margins. Nothing seems to work. I am out of ideas. Does
anyone know what could be causing this?

I figured out what the problem is. You have to have data
in the table before it will allow you to print. As soon
as I entered a record it worked fine. I just wanted to
print out the form as a guide, but without data in the
table it's useless.

If not already, temporarily set the Popup property of the form to Yes. Open the form
and press <Alt-PrtScrn>. Then open Word and "paste".

I'm still learning access...

But my reference book says that you can save the forms as
a report ...and that way print out empty forms. But I
haven't tried that yet. (no printer at the moment.... )
You can try that :-) And then tell me if it works or not
