I have my printer installed and can print documents just fine as long as I am logged on to the Administrator account. If I try to print from a non-administrator account, on the same pc, nothing prints and no error is displayed either. I am using Windows XP Home Edition. Can anyone offer any suggestions

Thanks

Go into the Control Panel and click on Printers & Faxes. Right click on the
printer and select Properties. In the Advanced tab, change the default
(Print using Print Spooler) to Print Directly to Printer.
