I have a user who prints a web page, and the footer
displays a series of alpha characters, not the typical web
address and date, as with the other users. The page setup
appears to be correct for the footer area. Any ideas?

How to Print a Web Page in Internet Explorer 5.5
When you print a Web page, you can print the page as you see it on the
screen, or you can print the sections of the Web page that you want, such as
a frame. In addition, you can specify that you want to print additional
information in the headers and footers, such as the window title, page
address, date, time, and page numbers.
Click Headers . In each Headers and Footers box, specify the information
that you want to print by using the following variables. Note that you can
combine variables with text (for example, Page &p of &P ). Other variables
are listed.

Copy and paste the footer variables to the header and see what happen.
