Printing fixed number of lines on form

I trying to print menu of food across 7 days with Morning
and Afternoon sections in each day. Format looks like
grid. Am using columns to move across the days.

I want Afternoon to start 5" down from top of paper. Will
have variable number of items in each quadrant.

I can count the number of lines that've been printed. I
can subtract from constant to get number of blanks to fill.

Now what? How do I print blank lines or move down x
inches? Is there an easier way?

Five inches down can be set using a margin or header.
If the tables are designed properly thinking of each day as a label,
printing across, then down might work.
