Printing errors

One of my users has several Access db's. There's a new one every time we have a hiring process. Regardless of any settings when he creates it, it will arbitrarily go to 300dpi from 600dpi when he tries to print it. This results in it being way to faint a print and the report is too small to read. Trying to make any change in the settings on the print screen generates other errors. He is a power user on his Win2K machine. Please help?

It sounds like a Client I knew: Every time he has a new customer, he has to
create a new database from a template just for the new customer. He got
over 250 databases, each one storing data for only one customer.

That is how NOT to use a database software.

I suggest the user should design the database properly and use the SAME
database for all hiring processes. Additional data should be stored by
adding Records, NOT creating new databases.
