Printing on an envelope is no different than printing on a letterhead
size paper.
Just make a report that prints the fields wanted in an address layout.
Set the controls up against the left side of the detail section.
If the envelopes feed narrow side first, set the orientation to
Landscape, otherwise Portrait.
Set the Left and Top margins as needed to print the address in the
middle of the envelope.
