I am having trouble trying to figure out how to print an
envelope with contact information using Outlook. Please
help, do I have to use MS Word or can it be done from
Outlook - I prefer using wordPerfect as a wordprocessor.

I also much prefer WordPerfect, but what you want to do is easy regardless of the word processing program you're using. Assuming you've input the address for the person to whom you're now writing, highlight that person's name in the contact list (it turns blue by default in Outlook 2003) and press the "control" and "c" keys at the same time. This copies the name and address to the clipboard. Then switch to WP, and press the "control" and "v" keys at the same time to paste the info into your WP document at the location where you want the name and address to appear
There is a glitch which MS programmers should have, but didn't, fix (typical; that's why I use WordPerfect and not Word). The name will be copied and pasted as reflected in the "file as" column. So, if you've chosen to list your contacts alphabetically by last name (probably the most common way), then it will copy and past the name that way into your letter. Apparently, MS didn't think that (a) most people file their contacts alphabetically by last name AND (b) don't address letters as "Smith, Jane". So, you've got to either file contacts by first name or fix it after it's pasted into your document. BTW, does anyone know of a fix for this mistake
