I would like to print only the first page of every email. This could be that the first page of every email is printed as it is received or I could print everything at once. Can anyone help me with this? It would make my job so much easier! Thank you in advance.

Not an answer to your question, but I am absolutely fascinated as to why on
earth you should NEED to print out EVERY email?

Open the mail and choose File-> Print... here you can set the page you want
to print. Why just the first page? If they don't mind that all pages get
printed you could be replaced by this add-on ;-)

Is there a way to print every email with the exception of emails sent by a particular person? Here is the deal - I need to print the first page of every email. If this is not possible, then I would be willing to print the entire document. I cannot, however, print some of our emails in their entirety simply because they are too big. If I could tell Outlook to print every email except for those sent by the Court, that would be acceptable. Is there a way to create this rule?

Yes, the add-in allows you to set which folders to print so if you direct
the large mails to a separate folder it shouldn't be a problem.

I created a subfolder in the Inbox for emails coming from the Court. I created a rule that all emails from this address would be sent to the Court folder. I then tried to create a rule that all emails printed with the the exception of those from this certain address. It did not work. They all printed as they were received. Can I keep the rule to move the emails in the first position, create another rule in the second position to only print emails in the Inbox (though the Court folder is technically in the Inbox, only a subfolder) and not to print emails that have been moved to the Court folder? If I need to clarify myself, please let me know. Thanks again for the help!

You bought the add-in already? There are some settings for the add-in which
allows you to select the folders to print from.
For screenshot see;

I can't help you with troubleshooting with this as I don't own the add-on
myself to give it a good test. I'm sure Mike Sperry (owner of Sperry
Software) would love to help you out. Mention my name and say that I pointed
you to him; that will sure make his day :-)
