This is about the print screen key:

http://www.seoconsultants.com/windows/tips/print-screen-key.htm

You'll have to go to Print settings to print the size you want. Not
knowing your setup makes it hard to explain. If you can import the
picture(screen rip) to MicroSoft Word you should be able to adjust the
size. There may be a couple of other ways to do it also. Maybe someone
else here has an easier way.

You mean print a frame from Internet Explorer? If so you should be able to
put the mouse over a blank spot of the frame you want to print and use the
right mouse key and select print.

You can also get and install this tool:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/previous/webaccess/pwrtwks.asp and then
you can right-click the mouse button and select open frame in new window,
then print from the file menu.

===== click on "file" on the toolbar , then "print" .... or if you
need to resize it , you might want to click "print preview " first ,
and resize it , then print..
