printing directly from a form

Hello,

I've been working on a request from a user of a database I've created to
expedite parts transfers between facilities. I have a form (in datasheet
view) that database users use to enter requests. The users that fill these
requests like to print this datasheet form rather than use the report I
created for the purpose. The problem is that the first three columns of the
form (part number, description, and location) are duplicated on the right
side of the datasheet. This is so that people filling expedite requests can
see this information when marking transfers as complete (the data is too wide
to fit on one page). Is there a way I can set the form so that, when
printed, the duplicate columns are not printed, or am I out of luck?

Thanks in advance,

Michael

Forms are for adding, editing and viewing data. They are
not made for printing. Perhaps if you made the report
similar to the form the users would utilize the report. A
well designed report should be transparent to the user when
printing from a form. I have gone as far as to prohibit
print of the form by removing all references to printing.
