Printing "Day" view

We have just upgraded from Office XP to 2003. My boss has a Calender under
Public Folders and I have Publishing Editor permissions. I can print her
weekly view, and monthly view but when I try to print her Daily view I get
this message: The folder cannot be opened because of a configuration problem
on the server. Contact your Microsoft Exchange Server administrator for
assistance. I did and he said it should work now. It doesn't. He cannot
figure it out. Is this a common issue or just a configuration problem on his
end? Thanks in advance.
