printing custom forms in oulook 2003 and viewing on blackberry

Hi,

I have created a form in outlook and added vbscript so we can view on our blackberry, but is there a way to print the form the way it is viewed on the screen? Also, opening the form on a blackberry in the gui format would be nice.

Any ideas?
