When I send something to the printer, I message pops up
from the Messenger Service and confirms my print job and I
have to click OK every time. How do I turn it off so that
I don't get this print confirmation after ever print job?

Hi Debe,

Open your Printers folder, then from the File menu select Server Properties.
In the Print Server Properties, go to the Advanced tab and uncheck the
checkbox "Notify when remote documents are printed".
