Printing compared calendars

When I am scheduling a meeting, I know that I can visually see participants'
availability under the "scheduling" tab of the meeting set up. However, I
frequently need to show to the meeting organizer a participant's availability
compared to the organizer's availability for the same day. Is there a way to
print one individual's day on the left hand side of the paper, and the other
person's same day on the right hand side? I'd like to visually present the
day's available options.

Thanks.

Have you ever looked at the Group Schedules? You can show someone on screen
(or they can look themselves) in the Group Schedules. This requires 2002 or
2003 - you forgot to mention your version.

I hope this helps you at least a little bit!
