Hello!
I use Outlook 2007 (German) and have a problem with the printing of calendar
weeks. If I print weekly schedule, I always have this waste of space with
three blank lines under each day, lines that are reserved for tasks. Instead
of tasks for certain days I prefer to make appointments. How can I disable
those unnecessary lines? Is there an option or a registry hack for this?
My print preview is set: Week format, left to right, 1p/week, no tasks, no
memo fields, 6:00 to 0:00, every day, headlines 20pt, 8pt dates, A4 landscape

Regards

Michael

The only options available are what you see in the page setup dialog. Does
the calendar printing assistant offer the format you like? See
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/calendar_print.asp for links to it and other
print utilities. I'm not sure if the word templates offer that print
format, but its worth a try too.

Hello Diane,

thanks for your reply. I tried the calendar printing assistant before, but I
prefer the printout in the style Outlook has. I'll try out the template.
