I use multiple calendars in Outlook 2002 and I want to be
able to distinguish them from each other when I print them
out. How can I get Outlook to print the calendar with the
calendar name in the header? I know I can change the
style and put the name in as the header, but I don't want
to have to go in and change it all the time. Is there a
field code that can be inserted that refers to the name of
the calendar?

Thanks,
T.

This is not quite the answer that you were asking but
have you considered using "My Outlook Calendar" to
print the calendars?

You may want to look into "My Outlook Calendar".
This is a word template that reads your Outlook calendar
and puts it into a word document that can be edited.
You can then mail this to anyone or just print it. It prints
the name of the calendar.

It is available on Sue Mosher's slipstick site (free):

Hmmm. Thanks for the response. I'm not sure I want to
use a plug-in. It seems cumbersome to have to export the
calendar to Word every time I want to print it. I know
there are field codes you can use for other things, such
as [Page #], [Date}, etc. and I was hoping there was one
for the folder name.
